Forest Measurement Ireland Ltd is a family owned business started more than 15 years ago when founder Danny Quinn began providing Timber Measurement Services to Coillte.
As the company has grown, our work has expanded to include providing measurement services to the private sector and we have developed a solid reputation in the forest industry.
We continuously invest in our staff and systems to deliver the most accurate and wide-ranging measurement solutions, using the latest technologies.
As well as being the largest provider of inventory and timber measurement services to Coillte, we also provide services to private forest companies, local authorities, windfarms, financial institutions and private forest owners right across Ireland.

Our team at FMI includes Managing Director, IT GIS & Process Improvement Specialist, Measurement Team, Boundary Marking Team, Path Cutting Teams, Ecologist, Auditor & Trainer and our Health & Safety Manager. All our team hold relevant degrees and professional qualifications and we are committed to continuous professional development.
